The Role of Iran in the Middle East War

The Secretary General of Pakistan Shariah Council, Maulana Zahid ur Rashidi gave a statement on the situation created by the attack of Iran on Israel that it is a part of the war, which needs to be understood in the light of facts. He said that there are three major parties or stakeholders in the Middle East war: 

• The first one is Israel, which is striving for a "Greater Israel" and is advancing continuously. 
• The second one is Iran, which is striving for a "Fatimid Empire". Its presence and role in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen are evident in its seriousness. 
• The third party or stakeholder is Arab countries and nations that don’t have any vision. It appears their sole agenda is to protect their kingdom and government. 

For this while, depending on America, expectations have also started to be made from Israel. In the current situation, only Israel is getting the USA’s effective support and aid. The USA is even unwilling to give verbal consolation to Arabs. 

• One potential party in this conflict is Turkey’, which is planning to return to its past by reminding the era of the Ottoman Empire. But Turkey’ is still in the background and is looking for opportunities to take advantage of the conflict. 

By this wider war, the atmosphere of the world war is approaching near to which Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him has said to be “Malaham-e-Kubra”. So, considering Iran to be only a spectator is equivalent to closing your eyes from the background, foreground, and bottom of this scenario. The need of the hour is to determine a common and collective strategy by Muslim rulers after fully understanding the current scenario. People of wisdom must check the ground realities after setting themselves free from group, regional, and national biases and play their role in guiding the Muslim Ummah in the right direction.
